Received an sms that my request has been finalised at 17:01 on 07/05/2025 which came as a surprise as I did not request or authorised any changes, I got suspicious and then when I logged into the app to view my account I saw my pension money I saved up for over 20 years was gone
Reported Credit Card ***** on the secure chat, email and phone, and shared the affidavit as recommended, was told that an investigation will be completed to validate amount was the same with an online vendor, card was stopped and replaced but now after week 3 no response was received
Slow service and unavailability of food on the menu
After agreeing to the telephonic contract the policy was changed before activated, and shared with me after, then wanting to query the addition outside as stipulated and many attempts to reach out to make the correction but left with no response
Second defective mattress after previous was replaced and paying in almost R9k and now the factory slow in respons almost showing reluctantly to act out the warranty for new one
No delivery after payment and no contact detail for customer care, when tracking order the status remains the same long after thier 5 business day delivery promise.
I had a full Rentech system installed thought a certified agent inverter and batteries in Nov 2021, the batteries started giving problems in the first week the agent took it back to supplier, claimed they fixed it, brought it back and 8 months later still did not carry charge took it back in and waited again 4 weeks and got it back still with the same problem, their after sales and support is a joke and the quality not worth the money.
Replaced my geyser after burst was very sufficient and amazing turn around time, very impressed with quality workmanship by Darrel from starplex
I will not recommend making use of them for Economics as their classes are presented poorly the structure is loose and there is no punctuality of time.
Without notice MTN suspended and handed over my fully paid and always on time account which I had with them for the last 9 years.
