They seem to be in the habit of selling none original perfume as the genuine thing. I received three perfumes from three suppliers and none of these perfumes were authentic. I have been a loyal customer, but will never buy perfume from them again!
They sell you none original perfumes as they original and when you return it they refuse to give your money back. If one looks closely at the reviews on their own site you can see that multiple people have reported this to them yet they do nothing and continue to sell none original perfumes as original.
I bought perfume online that turned out to be counterfeit and I returned all 12 perfumes and requested a refund. It has now been several weeks and I have only received a small amount. Nobody seems to know what is happening. They must refund me or return the goods.
Shocking service from Telkom Zevenwacht! Manager rude and does not even know how to cancel a subscription. Jermain could not help with any of our queries. There also seems to be a **** running with me paying a LTE line under an unknown companies name. Their answer is simply they do not know what to do. Did they not have any training and how do you become a manager if you can not help with cancelling a LTE service or reporting possible *****? I am in the process of getting fibre and will avoid Telkom at all cost. Stay away especially from Telkom Zevenwact Mall

Beware this is a **** site and your money goes out of the country once you have paid. They are not based in Sandton and you will never see any of the products you bought. They advertise on FB so please report them and if you have fallen victim to them immediately contact your bank’s ***** department.

They simply do not reply to complaints, and seem to not understand their own online application system. I have had several interactions with banks in my life, but none come close to being as rude and unprofessional as Nedbank
I have had only exceptional service from my Private Banker Mr Jodi Adriaanse. I have been with other banks in the past, but the service from Investec is just on another level! Thank you Jodi for dealing with me and my demands- I do realise I am not the easiest client
I app**** for a credit card online and got approval. After that I got several SMS messages that I need to upload documents. I tried to do this several times (as Nedbank had asked me to do) and eventually phoned them to hear what was happening with my application. I was informed that my application was NOW declined as I app**** multiple times in 30days. They would not listen to any explanation. They sent sms messages that I needed to upload documents and then declined my application for trying to upload these documents. My interaction with Nedbank was highly unpleasant and unprofessional. I even thought of moving my Private Bank account to them (as I read they are rated as the best private bank).
