Perfume Lounge has horrible products & no service don't support them

Its been 2 weeks since i have been trying to phone them, email them and even message them on Facebook. What I ordered that shows on my order and invoice is not what was delivered and i want a credit or refund. The bank says this is not a company but one man's bank account. This site is a **** with one man making perfume as home and selling them as brands. then you get his **** perfume in a ****ty bottle
