I went to the Vodacom store at Cresta Mall to return a product that I bought a week ago that had not been opened so it was still sealed in its original packaging. with my POP. They took my product and POP I went to the back office and kept me waiting for 10 mins. They came out and the store manager an African Male to me his name is Ricardo Van Mooben said he can't refund me as it is against their policy. He was very dismissive. I asked to see this returns policy and he said no he can't show me. I asked for a voucher he said no he can't give me one. So I took my things and left and went to the iStore to support them in their sales .
I have had discovery health comprehensive uninterrupted from 2005 to 2025 with a break in my medical aid for 90 days because i lost my job. So i had no medical aid May 2025 - July 2025. I started my medical aid again from August 2025. I logged a dispute and have a dispute reference no. But Thiloshini Chetty was not able to explain to me the below concerns i have. 1. i cant somewhat understand the 90 days waiting period. 2. I have a chronic illness but i have a 12 month waiting period to see my specialist and get my chronic medication. Its been 2 weeks since i have been trying to phone them, email them and even message them on Facebook. What I ordered that shows on my order and invoice is not what was delivered and i want a credit or refund. The bank says this is not a company but one man's bank account. This site is a **** with one man making perfume as home and selling them as brands. then you get his **** perfume in a ****ty bottle
This complaint is address to the CXO named below. It was the 23rd October, i paid and checkout my order and received an invoice and delivery date I paid for the order and got a delivery date and you canceled the order? Plus today i get 2 remind to pay for the same item because i wanted one to give as a gift. I am told sorry we don't have stock. my advise to you is you a proper ERP system with order management so you don't provide such terrible service and make such a useless C suite for Takealot. I pre-ordered my iPhone 17 pro Max and have been waiting 3 weeks. This is my advice to the CXO's listed below. Do something about your supplier may get another supplier, Use a proper ERP system with inventory management then you guys would not have this problem and be so useless in your jobs as the C Suite of Vodacom.
