Perfume damaged

Bought a perfume on the 17th of September, received it a few days after then collected it from PEP Home (Paxi). The packaging of the perfume was damaged and the box is soaking wet and ready to break. The perfume bottle has almost no liquid left. Called the lady, she ignores my calls, texted her still nothing. It's easier to order but difficult to get customer enquiries
