Exorbitant increase
We visited the dog parlor about a year ago and were charged R180 for a wash and nailclipping. We returned with our dog again due to the reasonable price only to be charged R330. We won't use this service again

while reviews are a good barometer to judge how the public see your business, and whether the review is positive or negative it is a good platform to always try and improve, but when the review is not related to our business, we need to correct the customer, in this case, the Dog Parlor is not part of Perky Pets (owned and run independently from Perky Pets) they are in the same building as Perky Pets, we play no part in the dog parlour business.
