Permatex – Poor Workmanship & Ignored 15-Year Guarantee

In 2023, my elderly parents, appointed Permatex to repair a leaking roof at their home in Willow Park Manor, Pretoria East. A 15-year guarantee was issued after the work was completed.

When the rains came, the roof continued to leak, causing ceiling damage, damp walls, and further deterioration. Despite multiple attempts to engage Permatex, we received repeated promises with no action, and communication eventually stopped.

Earlier this year, further damage occurred due to heavy rains, yet Permatex remains unresponsive and has failed to honour its guarantee. This is very disappointing, particularly as similar complaints from other customers suggest a pattern of promises made without delivery.
