What horrible useless staff working at the store at the glen branch they are rude arrogant women in that store I ordered a shoe over a week ago wrote my details down at the store I was assured by the manager it would arrived the following Tuesday no communication from them nothing I called twice the shoe is not there but the ladies at the store are having a good old conversation they can’t even speak properly on the phone to a customer speaking in Afrikaans as if I don’t understand and saying the shoe has not arrived to each other while I am still on the phone. Horrible really
