Pro Pest Control - Worst company ever! UNPROFESSIONAL

This was the most unethical, unpleasant, unprofessional service I have ever received. These guys rocked up at my house for 5 minutes on November 4th and just done a basic spray, they informed me they come back after 2 weeks to do a full service, which was never my experience with other companies doing the same thing, I gave them the benefit of doubt anyway we get back from Cape Town on the 8th November and my house seems infested, worse than before calling them. Then the purid service started, no pitching up to come do the job, rejecting of calls, ignoring me, then blocking me. I have all the screenshots. If you ever get an email from or a Whatsapp from a person named Louis, please don't even waste your time, you will pay for no service and get taken for a ride and it will cost you more than double because you will need to get another company to assist you. I can go on and share every correspondence. This is honestly the most disgusting service I ever got! Bearing in mind, I paid them in full via ewallet on the 4th November as that was their insistence, when I asked if I should do a transfer. I want my refund.
