Pathetic customer service after sending an email and no response. Bought 13 fish with a tank and all the necessary drops. Only 1 fish left. I told the manager on the phone Dano I want a refund and all he could say is clean the tank from scratch and they will replace the fish for free
Clearly there is a huge problem with their fish so I will be going back asking for a full refund. Don't buy fish from Family pet centre Centurion.
