Probably the worst service I have ever received! I placed an order on 15 November. More than 2 weeks past and I had no order or any communication from Pet Mall letting me know where my oder was. I had to contact them to find out that items I ordered were not available. After failing to keep their promise a 3rd time, I requested a refund as trying to deal with them is not worth the fight for products you can get elsewhere without the hassle of their terribly managed service.
