The worst customer service and operations manager
Probably the worst service I have ever received! I placed an order on 15 November. More than 2 weeks past and I had no order or any communication from Pet Mall letting me know where my oder was. I had to contact them to find out that items I ordered were not available. After failing to keep their promise a 3rd time, I requested a refund as trying to deal with them is not worth the fight for products you can get elsewhere without the hassle of their terribly managed service.

Complaint around service delivery
I am so disappointed in the service received. 😞 I placed an online order on 6 November 2021 and 11 days later I have yet to receive delivery. When queried on 10 November I was advised that my order would be delivered on Monday. Unfortunately they did not advise which Monday. First order from this store and definitely not to be recommended. Scammers in my opinion.

Great service - Pet Mall
A big thumbs up to Pet Mall for great service. I am a first time customer to Pet Mall. I placed an online order recently for delivery. I was a bit skeptical about the delivery time period because of a few complaints regarding deliveries on Hello Peter. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and my items (good quality too) being delivered the day after I placed my order. I will definitely be using Pet Mall again.

Great service - Pet Mall
A big thumbs up to Pet Mall for great service. I am a first time customer to Pet Mall. I placed an online order recently for delivery. I was a bit skeptical about the delivery time period because of a few complaints regarding deliveries on Hello Peter. Online shopping as it should be - quick and easy
Ordered 2 items (big cat litter and kitten food pellets) at a reasonably good price and received it within 3 business days. Could not ask for much more. Also had free delivery of items above R500.

I have always received excellent service when purchasing from Pet Mall's online store. stock is always available and their prices are much cheaper then my local vet. Delivery of items ordered has been a wonderful experience thus far. Try them: info@pet-mall.co.za or contact Thabiet on 082 786 6352 if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Not delivering, and no communication for 3 weeks - avoid them
I ordered on 25 of May (of course with upfront payment), delivery to Johannesburg, and haven't heard back from them since then (now it is the 16 of June - three weeks). Despite several reminders from my end, not a single word. First and last time I (tried) to do business with them. Will give them another couple of days, if no solution (either delivery or refund) by then might need to pass this over to an attorney. But one way or the other, will certainly not order at Pet Mall again (and based on my experience, recommend to anybody to stay away from them).

Very well priced.
I ordered Acana dog food twice now. The price is really better than anywhere else. It takes 7 days for delivery to Cape Town which is fine if you are aware of this and can order in time. The first time I ordered was on a Monday morning. By Wednesday I queried the delivery time as other reviews mentioned that they received delivery the next day. I was contacted by Pet Mall to ensure that I received the food in time. Now I know that it takes 7 days I can plan ahead. You are also kept well up to date via email regarding dispatching and courier progress.

PATHETIC, NO FEEDBACK. NO DELIVERY
Ordered 1 box of treats on 26 April - It's 3 weeks later and no delivery or explanation. Not even responding to my emails. First and last time ordering from them. Now to get a refund would be a challenge!
