I ordered an adhesive pin board from them and they the cheapest option, even when adding the shipping. The order process was quick and simple. Then they also contacted me quite early in the process to let me know they will be 1 day late with the shipping, instead of waiting for the last day or for me having to contact them. And true to their word, they delivered then without any further delays. I respect this type of service and I know not everything always goes perfectly when getting hold of stock. Thank you for the excellent service and good deal.
Extremely poor service. I ordered an inverter from the Pretoria Zambezi branch even though it is very far from me, because I was in need of the item badly and it was the only branch displaying the item as being in stock. Ordered it for next day pickup. Only for me to have to find out that my pickup was cancelled and postponed by a week. I was not communicated this in anyway and only found out about it by luckily checking on my order before leaving to drive to the branch what would have been an hour's drive. After multiple phone calls and broken promises of them getting back to me during the course of the next week, they eventually wanted to postpone the order even more and blamed me for ordering something that is not in stock. This is something that is not even possible to do on their website, but explaining that to them was not worth my time. They then wanted to hold my money ransom by explaining to me that it will take an obscene amount of time for my refund to appear in my account. It is fine, I will rather wait then have to deal with such shockingly bad service. Please learn from my mistake and never trust Builder's online store as items displayed as "in stock" might not actually be available and it might not be in stock. In fact I am still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later....
I would not recommend anyone ever to use this ISP. It has been hell just for them to install my line and send my router. Take this challenge: just try phoning their support line and see out of 10 times, how many times your call will just be dropped before you actually reach someone. Then if you actually make it through to the queue, choose the option for them to phone you back. They finally phoned me back after 16 hours, however I was only the 6th person in the queue at the time. In the meantime, I was able to get through in the interim to someone by not having them phone me back and actually holding on (I was extremely lucky, I must add). So why did it take them so long to phone me back then if the queue was cleared. I have during the past 2 weeks experienced so much drama and issues with this ISP, I could write a book. Other examples include, one department not sharing the information with another department and still phoning me to install my line, when it was already installed and then a few hours later them phoning again to arrange for a line installation AGAIN! Then, when sending them mails, you are extremely lucky if they actually respond to a mail. And then their mail and phone etiquette leaves so much to be desired as they speak to a person like trash. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, let alone family or friends.
After getting a quote, they will not stop calling me. Please stop!!!
Ordered 2 items (big cat litter and kitten food pellets) at a reasonably good price and received it within 3 business days. Could not ask for much more. Also had free delivery of items above R500.
