I would be very cautious purchasing any policy with IFA/Clientele. I was sold a money saver endowment only to discover that this endowment never matures, one has to surrender the policy and lose out financially. I suggest the insurance ombudsman is roped in to investigate this company and its products.
I have always received excellent service when purchasing from Pet Mall's online store. stock is always available and their prices are much cheaper then my local vet. I was most impressed with my vehicle service on Monday 4 July 2021. all my concerns were actually listed on the service sheet, checked out and I was promised that once the additional spares arrive my shock absorbers will be sorted out too. My service advisor was Mr Solly Matlaila, who called me to update me on the progress of the service and when I can collect my vehicle. He even parked my vehicle properly so that I can exit without any hiccups. Now this is service and deserves to be commended.
this company should really be reported. keep on harassing folk with promises of free holidays to attend presentations etc. People have lost their jobs so quite frankly such companies must get lost?? Thank goodness the POPI act will hopefully stop these calls. In the past one could block their numbers but now they call from an unknown numbers.
Not being very computer literate, I must commend the young man Kyle who stayed calm and patient until I could link to our newly installed fibre network.
Visited the Dischem beauty salon, Princess Crossing on the 16 November for a pedicure. I was advised by a colleague that their pedicure's are better than other salons. All went well until the chair I was sitting on snapped backwards and I slid off hitting my head against a steel shelf, this caused some of the bottles on this shelf to fall on me plus something made of glass broke. The poor the****** almost had a heart attack. Needless to say I developed a bump on my head as well as painful neck three days later! Well to date no one from Management called me to enquire if I am alright etc., and not making me pay for the pedicure does not warrant the injury I sustained! I will not visit this salon again. My advise to the management team there is to purchase proper salon furniture to prevent this from happening to someone else in the future.
My manager's handbag was stolen from the breakfast venue on the morning of the 29 August. it is evident that there is a syndicate operating at this hotel. She, therefore, stayed for part of the day on 30 Aug. 2019. The experience with the front desk staff was very poor – they simply shrugged any responsibility and indicated that “it happens” and had no empathy whatsoever with my manager. By the way, the police indicated that this happens “all the time at this new hotel.” As my manager was leaving, she was informed that there are no charges against her room, and she departed. She received a sealed envelope with her invoice and it indicated that she had used the mini-bar but the cost was waived (as her bag was stolen). This is incorrect – my manager had not used the mini-bar at all as this remained locked for the entire 2 days she stayed at this hotel. She realized this set of charges (albeit “waived”) only later. Please alert anyone travelling to Stockholm to avoid staying at this hotel.

All I wanted to do was to extend my vehicle service plan. got contacted and all that they are interested in is the verification of your banking details. I was promised an email to confirm the update etc on the 15 January 2019. After numerous calls NO EMAIL was forthcoming, today I received my updated policy number but was informed that no benefits until three debit orders have been processed! what happened to my previous plan as this is the extended, again no email was sent. Is this company legit or are they fly by nighters?
<p>Purchased new phone from Samsung and visited 2 MTN branches to try and get assistance to do sim swop and Rica BUT the minute the assistants hear I am a prepaid person all interest is lost and I am told to go to Samsung for assistance! Why does MTN treat prepaid customers like ****? Don't we deserve same customer service as contract customers? Perhaps it is time to train all MTN staff in the meaning of customer service. Next stop head office branch on 14th avenue!</p> <p> </p>
