I am lodging a formal complaint against GetMeKnown for facilitating the ******** transfer of microchip ownership of my dog, based on false information provided by third parties. Despite my clear and documented dispute — including WhatsApp messages being misrepresented and my ongoing legal presence in South Africa — the company has refused to reverse the transfer or even acknowledge their responsibility to ensure data accuracy. Their conduct is highly unprofessional, *********, and ********. I have escalated this matter to legal authorities and the National Consumer Commission. I advise all pet owners to think twice before using their services.

This is a warning to potential online buyers of pet products from Pet-a-Lot. From what I can make out this company is a fictuous supplier of pet products and does not even respond to emails. How does Google allow them to advertise and even mention is a secure site. Please be aware!!!
