I am lodging a formal complaint against GetMeKnown for facilitating the ******** transfer of microchip ownership of my dog, based on false information provided by third parties. Despite my clear and documented dispute — including WhatsApp messages being misrepresented and my ongoing legal presence in South Africa — the company has refused to reverse the transfer or even acknowledge their responsibility to ensure data accuracy. Their conduct is highly unprofessional, *********, and ********. I have escalated this matter to legal authorities and the National Consumer Commission.
