I made an EFT to Antjie on 06/22 and have not received the session I paid for. Her automatic reply after sending proof of payment says: "will have feedback to you within the next 72hrs(excluding weekends & public holidays). I prioritize missing and sick animals. If there is any further delay to your session due to that I'll keep you posted". She does not bother to keep you posted, she will only respond if you message her first.
