6 weeks past and no order.
Purchased a pre-order on 23 October, the automated purchase email says: "Pre-orders 3-5 weeks", followed up 5 weeks later and received a response containing: "We have had some delays with severe weather issue as well as an annual regional workers holiday in that side or the world where all production pauses temporarily. Operations have since resumed and things are now flowing". Asked for feedback 2 weeks later and received the same copy paste response. Finally got hold of a person via Facebook after expressing my frustration, which turned into a debate about emails and then them saying they will look into my order - still waiting for feedback.. If I had known this is how they operate then I would never purchase from such people. Save your money.

**** company. Takes payment, no product.
Bad customer service, no updates and no products. It has been 6 months now since I placed my order. I asked for an update, they sent a response, I followed up a week later and got the same copy/paste response then when I ask for a real response I get a undeliverable email. I confronted them on email and they insist they did not block me, that my email was considered spam due the wording, I sent the exact same email again and it went through without issues (conveniently after they unblocked me). They said they will get back to me and they still have not.. do not buy from them, they will not deliver to you, they will not give you a refund, they will not communicate honestly with you. They are a ****. Say goodbye to whatever money you paid them and raise it with your bank to log a ***** case with them to retrieve the money back.

Don't purchase from them. Waiting 6 weeks now for an order, when you email they reply every time with a generic response. They have blocked my email to.. they have taken my money and have provided zero customer support. I suspect I will never get my pants. This company even put out black friday deals without being able to deliver products.

Don't bother with this place.
I walked in to place an order, the waiters ignored me.. continued chatting and when a white lady walks through the door, the staff all come running to offer her a table. It's truly pathetic. The food over the years has degraded while the price just increases. Not worth the hassle. Do not order from them on Uber, they will leave out items from your order.

Great Cargos, bad quality lifting pants
I have bought their cargo leggings and a few loungewear, quality with those are great. However, the butt lifting pants I bought that were R799 ripped apart on the day I received them due to my nails being long. The quality is not worth the price in this case. It's unfortunate though as the other sculpt and lift is Freddy jeans and they are expensive. I do love Shapewear's cargos and the quality is good however the lifting pants (melody) I think should be priced down as the quality of material is not good. They did refund me but I am afraid to purchase another pair of lifting pants again :(

****. Takes money and does not provide service
I made an EFT to Antjie on 06/22 and have not received the session I paid for. Her automatic reply after sending proof of payment says: "will have feedback to you within the next 72hrs(excluding weekends & public holidays). I prioritize missing and sick animals. If there is any further delay to your session due to that I'll keep you posted". She does not bother to keep you posted, she will only respond if you message her first.

**** Keto site that takes your money and does not deliver products.
https://www.ketonutrition.co.za/ is a ****! Don't buy from this place. The cell number on their website goes to voice mail and they don't respond to emails. I managed to get the cell number of the owner "Ken Morris", who says he is still on holiday.. usually a normal business would put a notice on their site saying that they are closed and reopening on a certain day - but not this one. I left a negative customer review on their site to which is not showing, as if they pick and choose what reviews to display. I messaged "Ken" today, he read it and no response. I spoke to one of their suppliers who have said that they have not made an order in a very long time.. just don't bother with this ****. His cell is linked to Keto MiGone and Atkins Food Supplier at 8 Riverside Business Park.

No Delivery, selling items online that are "out of stock"
DO NOT BUY from their online website. Ordered on 29 June and still do not have my order.. They do not even communicate with you, you have to contact them and remind them that it's been a week since you paid for an order, they say don't have stock of an item and will order.. a week goes by where you have to follow up again. Here's an idea, how about if you don't have stock, then don't bother selling the item online. All these 5 star reviews claiming fast delivery are false. Whole business gives off **** vibes.

**** artists: Stay away and report them!
Do not buy from them, they are **** artists. They take your money and do not deliver. They were linked to Tealife_SA which got closed down due to *****ulent activity. Slim and Tone is not in CIPC. They have more than one instagram account (snatchedbody_tea) with different contact numbers and most likely different bank accounts. Do not fall for this miracle detox tea, there is no such thing. Report their instagram accounts and please open more cases at SAPS.
