********** experience,I bought products from them and when they arrived didn’t even check if I received the correct thing how gullible of me only to realised when I wanted to prepare my concoction I was ****med and given 2 same products tried to communicate with them on WhatsApp ****** ****mers just went awol was supposed to get 1 marigold and 1 mullein and ******* gave me 2 mullein flowers the other one disguised in the marigold box be careful when buying from them especially online thoroughly check your things to avoid shocking surprises

In South Africa, it is against the law for a vendor to accept online payment for an item that they do not have in stock. I ordered a product from King Online and drove 7km to collect it - only to be told that the item is out of stock. After much back and forth and multiple phone calls, they refunded my money. But I will not get my time or petrol back. Do not trust King Online.

In South Africa, it is against the law for a vendor to accept online payment for an item that they do not have in stock. I ordered a product from King Online and drove 7km to collect it - only to be told that the item is out of stock. After much back and forth and multiple phone calls, they refunded my money. But I will not get my time or petrol back. Do not trust King Online.

I placed and paid for an order (Order No. SO.0000162524) on 13 November 2025. To date, the order has not been processed, not been dispatched, and I have received no meaningful update from the company. I contacted their support on 19 November, both by phone and through their website. I was told someone would call me back - no one did. My online inquiry was also ignored.

DO Not purchase anything from this store, they are ****mers. I made a purchase in May on their online store and still have not received what I paid for. I have followed up multiple times via email and they have ignored them and not responded to a single email sent.

I have ordered ointment from King Online. I waited for more than a week to receive my order only after I phoned them just to find out that the product I ordered was out of stock. Could not even inform me. When I received my goods, the jar was cracked, and half of the ointment spilled in the bag. I did send the photos to the courier company, but according to them, the ointment was put in a flyer bag, and they do not take responsibility for it. I have sent a few emails to King Online but have not received any feedback. I will not recommend them. Poor service and take no responsibility.

I was in search for a product that no one could assist me with, then I came across King Online. They had exactly was I was looking for and more, which meant I was able to combine my purchase and get it from 1 supplier, instead of multiple sites. I had ordered more than 1 of the same item. 1 of the items was out of stock. They asked me if I wanted a credit or a refund, no further questions asked. From the start of my shopping experience to the end I had continuous correspondence. I asked for a refund and soon my money was in my accounts. Effortless, professional, great products with prices that don’t brake the bank. Thank you King Online, I will be ordering from you from now on.

I received my order on Friday, 19th July 2024 to have only 2 out of the 5 gluten free bread crumbs I ordered and paid for. I phoned them to ask where is the rest and said they will refund me. Still waiting for the refund even though my banking details were sent on Friday, 18th July 2024.
