No Delivery of paid for products
I placed and paid for an order (Order No. SO.***) on 13 November 2025. To date, the order has not been processed, not been dispatched, and I have received no meaningful update from the company. I contacted their support on 19 November, both by phone and through their website. I was told someone would call me back - no one did. My online inquiry was also ignored.0 replies
