********** experience,I bought products from them and when they arrived didn’t even check if I received the correct thing how gullible of me only to realised when I wanted to prepare my concoction I was ****med and given 2 same products tried to communicate with them on WhatsApp ****** ****mers just went awol was supposed to get 1 marigold and 1 mullein and ******* gave me 2 mullein flowers the other one disguised in the marigold box be careful when buying from them especially online thoroughly check your things to avoid shocking surprises
I’m livid appalled is the understatement for the treatment of customers by management and workers there I purchased a wrong item where else I wanted one on special sent my son to exchange the product unfortunately I didn’t know the extra savings card was going to be needed for the price to resemble the one on sale son came back with short money from exchange I went to store waited 2 hours without assistance taken from pillar to post without any help a rude supervisor called Agnes said I should come back today and went back can I tell it was as if I had no communication with her the previous day acting superior like I owe her something with no sense of professionalism and she disappeared on me instead of helping me I grew tired and left I want to tell you those managers and supervisors they need training because what I witnessed they lack it dismally they don’t care about customers satisfaction only do as they please without being reprimanded.
I bought Nola mayonnaise from them on the 9th of February expiring on the 28 of February and wrote to support same day didn’t get a reply wrote another message on Wednesday still no response from them so I’m stuck with an expired product sealed and they billed me for honestly I’m disappointed because was their loyal customer on the app and it’s honestly sad that won’t be ordering online anytime soon,thank you
I bought a meal from galitos i think is in alberton or around it not sure on uber eats yesterday the meal is half time score it suppose to have half a chicken pap and bean salad and i didn't get the salad the meal is 150 in total so i complained on uber support and instead of them giving me a refund they are telling me on email they can't find the price for the salad so they won't refund me so i dont understand what they are saying because the salad goes for 40 bucks on the app and i dont know if it's their way of refusing to refund me or what because really its not fair to pay for something you didn't get and the people involved they can't even give more attention to the matter they are just quick to say oh i think we won't pay for like really im very dissapointed in how they handled the matter.
What a sham business they run ,they started with pulling off bbmzansi on dstv access now is 4 more channels end of March what a rip off and they repeat movies and shows from long time ago I'm very disappointed what a scam.
