PET TECH (SA) BAD BAD SERVICE

On 26.01.2022 I bought dog collars online. The order was placed and paid. On 31.01.2022, after I asked about my delivery, I received an out of stock e-mail and was informed that I will be refunded. After numerous e-mails asking for my refund I received an e-mail on 15.02.2022 that was sent to PAYFAST to send me a refund. On 02.03.2022 thy asked for my bank account. Up to now no refund received
