The worst service that I have ever experienced and I work in the hospitality industry. Only received part of the order, sent them a whatsapp to follow up on other part of the order. Got told that there is a backlog with shipping and it should arrive in two weeks. A month and a half later and still no product. The collars were ordered for training two young dogs, let's call them old dogs now. I would not recommend them, if they had better customer service things would be different.
