Poor Quality - Mother's Day

I always try to support small businesses, so I was really looking forward to ordering from Petal & Post. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the poor quality of the flowers delivered to my mum. They arrived completely dry and withered, looking nothing like what was shown online. This was meant to be a special gesture, but sadly it fell far short. For the amount I paid, I expected fresh, beautiful flowers — not something that looked days old and sp****. I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of care and quality, and I sincerely hope this isn't reflective of your usual service.
