I pre-orderd a birthday delivery and it was not received by the recipient. When I asked the recipient if they received the delivery, they did not. Therefore, I'm assuming that the delivery person did not even contact the recipient to check if they were available. Since the person was not going to be at the location provided for a few days after the delivery, I have no idea what happened to the flowers and the gifts purchased with the flowers. I even contacted Petal and Post and have not received any feedback after more than 3 days: terrible service and a waste of money.
