Hi guys my name is peter and I,m a telkom customer for 3 years like you use to say valued customer.<br> But i got only one problem.<br> <br> <br> My adsl was off the first 3 days of the month of may 2015.I report it 2 days after that,and i wen to one of the branches in Tygervalley,Bellville and a lady told me that they upgrade the lines in the area and since that time it was off its still of and now its month end again.but now they send me a bill of R701.01.<br> The next month the same and the next month flip wthell.<br> Now im sitting with a bill R1832.00 <br> <br> On 17 july 2015 on a Sunday just before i went to church a technician come to fix the fault and on 01 August 2015 they want me to pay R1834.30 by the 07 August 2015 so i called the 10210 account department on 5 September 2015 so i speak to a lady called Valdean jantjies so she fix my statement and credit me a R1235.30 so she say i dont need to worry about anythng she fix the statement and they will bill me next month 30 September 2015.<br> <br> <br> On the 9 September my line is off again wthell is tellkom fucking people around or what am i the only one.<br> <br> my bill is now on R2288.00
