Hello Everyone I would just like to inform and warn other customers thinking of buying at OK furniture store or Defy products because it's cheap and convenient. I promise you, you will have a awful encounter at Ok furniture store in China Town Parow Park. if you are looking for fast friendly & fast customer service, please take your sales somewhere else. Last year around October a Defy Washing machine Model: DTT151 The washing machine had a breakdown in December, the suppliers reached out to us in January and we called and let them. After a long wait and piles of dirty laundry, the suppliers replaced the washing machine in May month. Not only did we waste airtime calling after them but also received ill mannered service for appliances we already paid cash for, the store manager has no idea of customer service because surely I'll never buy from this store again even if you pay me. Today the 19 May 2025 received the same problem with the washing machine. I probably won't get a refund on his trash of a product because I'm classed a coloured, but one thing is for sure, I'll never waste my hard earned salary on any of Defy or OK furniture stores ever again! You smiled with me when I paid you in cash then gave stressed and rude remarks from delivery dates to repairs and refunds everything was the worst experience ever. They are truly the definition of buy no cry later.

I am a loyal customer of Ok furniture in Parow China Town, I made numerous Lay-bye and Cash Purchases with them but never had I experienced such awful customer service in my life. I been been wanting to buy this Bedroom suite that was on display, they told me I can't Lay-bye it because it's been discontinued, I asked the sales lady if I could get a discount on it if I pay cash she told me no, because it's on a discount already for R8999. I waited before Friday I went into the store to pay instalments on my Mattress, I saw that be bedroom suite was now R6499, I didn't had the cash but I wasn't leaving without it, I called my husband to do a EFT boy am I regretting not waiting for him to withdraw the cash and buy it directly. Firstly the sale Clarke told me the transaction will take 3 business days before it will reflect, I understand and left. I waited for 5 business days and Nobody communicated with me from the shop. I went to the shop after 6 days on a Sunday, secondly the Shop open late 9:30 am, I requested for the manager she wasn't working I spoken to the supervisor and she told me that she wasn't aware of this transaction or she would have let me know. I was so mad because my purchase was still standing on the floor and customers were leaning against it and putting their shopping bags on the Suite. Ok Furniture has no respect for our money if it was White people they would have treated us differently but my money is the same as theirs. I stood in the shop furiously, I asked one of the sales ladies, when can I expect the delivery to be made she told me, I have to wait until black Friday sale were done, I was dumbfounded because weren't my purchase made the week prior to black Friday wasn't I suppose to get first privilege because it wasn't my fault that they didn't realize that the suite didn't reflect. They have pathetic business skills with managers included. She is absolutely wasting the Boss's money looking cute in that Store. Wednesday 4 December and I'll still be waiting on my damn delivery.

Hi there I want to Write A Review to hungry lion in Bellville Midderstad mall on they poor Customer service. No man!!!! I was putting in a order on 12 April 2024 around 16h44 and I have waiting until 18h20 and then u guys cancelled the order after I waited for. The reason why I make the order is because I don't stay in bellville south I work in bellville South and I stay in elsiesriver The reason why I place the order from Work Is Uber eats don't deliver in elsiesriver. Just imagine u arrive at home and ur family are waiting for u to bring the Food that u called them about that u don't have the Food,how do that make them feel after u get home.What ****ed me offπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ is wen u call the customer service hotline and they just Apologize like They don't care.On the following dag I received a phone call and again they Apologize telling me they wil sort it out Then after 2 week I call the customer service by my self and again they have the nerve to Apologize and send me wicode 1xbig bite 2 what must I do with 2 piece of chicken and Chips and what about family...
The fact that they say. They'll call u back they do and thy are very friendly and helpful
Hi guys my name is peter and I,m a telkom customer for 3 years like you use to say valued customer.<br> But i got only one problem.<br> <br> <br> My adsl was off the first 3 days of the month of may 2015.I report it 2 days after that,and i wen to one of the branches in Tygervalley,Bellville and a lady told me that they upgrade the lines in the area and since that time it was off its still of and now its month end again.but now they send me a bill of R701.01.<br> The next month the same and the next month flip wthell.<br> Now im sitting with a bill R1832.00 <br> <br> On 17 july 2015 on a Sunday just before i went to church a technician come to fix the fault and on 01 August 2015 they want me to pay R1834.30 by the 07 August 2015 so i called the 10210 account department on 5 September 2015 so i speak to a lady called Valdean jantjies so she fix my statement and credit me a R1235.30 so she say i dont need to worry about anythng she fix the statement and they will bill me next month 30 September 2015.<br> <br> <br> On the 9 September my line is off again wthell is tellkom f...cking people around or what am i the only one.<br> <br> my bill is now on R2288.00
