https://www.petersonappliances.co.za/ Wayne Peterson - 063 533 7593 We engaged the services of Peterson Appliance Services to repair double door fridge/freezer. He insisted we pay him in cash. Advised it was the compressor that broke. He eventually received the compressor and installed it. The fridge still did not work. We continuously followed up with him and he would say he is coming back and never arrives. Eventually he came back, cut wires at the back of the fridge and said he would put in a new component. Since then he would say he got the component and will come install it. After not arriving me requested a cash refund from him as his work has a 6 month guarantee on it. Currently he is not taking any calls or reverting on any of our messages. Please beware of this individual as not only does this constitute as *****, but also damage to property. It is my mother's fridge who is almost 70 years old and cannot afford to be out of R5,100 and then sitting without a fridge. I am planning to open a police case on this individual to ensure he is caught and brought to justice.
