My dog and I were not collected as agreed by owner

Pets2go (Mrs Thelma Kruger) had an agreement with myself to collect me and my dog on the 30th April 2015 and take us to the airport. Through Pets2go my dog and myself were booked on a return flight from Cape Town to the German shepherd Dog Breed Show Nationals 2015 in Pretoria. Mrs Kruger did not turn up to collect us and did not answer her phone when I repeatedly tried contacting her that morning as the deadline for our flight drew closer.<br> I was finally forced to drive myself and my dog there and struggled to find where my dog was to be loaded. I approached Animal Travel in great distress and they came to my rescue even though I had not booked through them. Mrs Kruger of Pets2go has the audacity to claim that I owe her money. I am claiming the cost of the flight box which I used from Animal Travel which came to R855. I want a refund for this amount which I had to pay to Animal Travel.
