I've had many good experiences with Petshop science. I shop here monthly for both my cats' and dogs' food. Never had big problems and they usually have what I want in stock. However I've been noticing a something that changed when they've moved their online presence onto the Checkers Sixty60 app. A product would be advertised as much cheaper online, but when you go into the store the same product would be marked down, but not as much as it was online. It does not state that the deal is online only as far as I'm aware? So why is a product R50 more expensive in store than online through the Checkers Sixty60 app? If I ordered through the app, the same product would still be delivered to me? It's still on "special" but the special isn't the same as on the app. This is misleading as I've budgeted for the product but when I want to buy it myself in person, the product is no longer the same price as advertised online. This happened at the Richards Bay branch. The item I'm referring to is Iams dry cat food. Maybe someone else has noticed this as well.
