I wanted to buy a special on dogfood, which they had not instore... I complaint and the same day the management phoned me back with the news that they resourced the dogfood for me from another branch and I can have it for free because of the inconvenience. Super service...thank you.

Horrible customer service been there twice, first time the cashier lady was sitting outside reading her newspaper I then had to walk outside and ask for assistance. I requested nutribyte puppy food which she claimed they don't sell. I told her I went on their store's website and it showed in stock. I then looked for another brand to buy and while searching on my own i found the bags of nutribyte in their store the brand she said they don't sell. Second time around i walked in again no one greats you both the cashier lady and guy that assist you on the floor to busy on their phones. I had to walk back and I told them that I am really sorry to bother them while their are busy on their private phones but if they won't mind assisting me loading a 25Kg bag into their trolley. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING BUT THEY CAN SIT ON THEIR PHONES AND READ THE NEWS PAPPER WHILE THERE ARE 1000'S OF PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A JOB!!!!! Will never support them again, and for those that didn't know Queens Pet shop is just across the street from them, if you want service and quality go there instead.

PETZONE ATTENBURY- Shame on you! 1 October: I returned an unopened/unused Item to Petzone Attenbury, with my receipt and within 14 Days of purchase. (All in line with the return policy online) I was then told they cannot refund me my money because it is a large amount (R1900) and I need to wait 7 - 14 Days. (No where on the return policy does it state that a customer must wait any amount of time for a refund) 17 October: I follow up on my refund. Only to be told by the cashier that I need to wait a further 7 -14 days and they sorry for inconvenience) I have asked to speak to the manager of the store and this is apparently not possible? Does anyone have any advice on how to get my money back? Do I open a case of theft against them? Thank you

Visit Petzone Hartbee****rt to buy dog food on 30 July 2024. One gondola end had a sharp corner and scratched my leg and my pants were torn. I reported it to the cashier and send an email with photos to Westpack/Petzone that their Occupational Health and safety is not on standard and that a child could possibly sustain serious injuries. The manager did make contact after to say that the gondola end was fixed. I requested that my pants should be replaced - no more no less. She did take it up with her boss “Manny” but only offered me a cash amount not equal to the value of the pants. I am very disappointed in the way this is handled by senior management Safety hazard - Not taking responsibility - Just take the money and keep Quiet. This is not acceptable

Everyone makes mistakes and unfortunately the delivery did. However, damaged items were replaced within 2 working days! Thank you Guys and thanks Swazi from the Little Falls branch and Alicia from Head Office!

Friendly staff, clean shop, a good variety of quality pet food and other accessories. They also offer some competitive prices on some of the goods. Opens 7 days and closes at 18h00 during week days making its convenient for working customers. Keep up the good work.

Last year when I checked Petzone's website they had no stock of the Montego Classic 25kg that I wanted & responded to my mail & did contact me when the stock arrived. GREAT. Last night I checked out the website and there was stock so at lunch time today went to Blueberry and believe it or not they were waiting for stock. The staff were indifferent to the fact that the website showed stock available & offered to contact me. The frustrating thing is that it was a waste of time & this is not the first time, but I guess they accept that the customers will keep going back. Well TakeaLot delivers as well.

Per the mail the ladies name is Youkgabe and if she is the same person who called - just wanted to say Thank You for your customer service, much appreciated and will be in on tomorrow to buy Senior and Adult.
