Dear whom it may concern, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a bag of Ideal Adult Dog Food that we purchased on 20 March, between 09:00 and 10:00, from petzone gezina retailer. The product was a 20kg bag. Shortly after feeding this food to our dogs, we noticed that they became unwell. They began scratching excessively and showed signs of hair loss, which raised immediate concern. Upon further inspection of the bag, we discovered a black, damaged section at the bottom where it appeared that the contents had become wet and contaminated. When we disposed of the remaining dog food, we found a large amount of black, mucus-like substance inside, which appeared mouldy and was infested with flies and worms. This clearly indicates that the product was contaminated and unsafe for consumption. As a result, we had to seek treatment for our dogs, including purchasing medication to help eliminate whatever harmful substance they had ingested. This situation was not only distressing but could have had far more serious consequences for their health. Unfortunately, we no longer have the purchase receipt; however, we can provide proof of purchase via our bank transaction. We have also taken photographs of the product. We are extremely dissatisfied with this experience and are deeply concerned about the safety and quality control of your products. We request that this matter be treated with urgency and seriousness. We would appreciate a full investigation into this issue, as well as appropriate feedback and resolution from your side. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps. Frustrated with the absolutely shocking service from our service provider Pluxnet Fibre.
I fail to understand and totally ****ed off. My account was suspended because of payment I've called for 3 days to activate my account julua was busy working on it how difficult can it be to activate, can someone please do your job and get it done, why must it always turn to a f^'##%^ sing song.
