Refused to refund a deposit of almost R40000

We saw this company had good reviews and decided to use them to assist us in moving our pets from SA to NZ. After not delivering on commitments we decided to cancel the contract. We paid a deposit of almost R40000 which they will not refund. Our lawyers sent the sheriff to serve them with a summons and that’s when we found the address listed on their website does not exist.

I’ve noticed that all the 1 star reviews from other customers who had the same experience were deleted by hellopeter.
