Pezula staff go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. I had a minor issue but the staff at the front desk where so helpful, so accommodating, ensured not only was my issue resolved, but the heart and effort that went into it. A big thank you, one of my most memorable stays at any hotel destination.

On the 23 Feb 2024 @ 21:10 we did a booking to stay at Pezula Knysna Golf estate via booking.com and we paid full amount of R4500 and Saturday morning 24 Feb 2024 at 08:42 we cancelled the booking and we got confirmation,at our suprise yesterday we got a refund of R180 and which we believe that R180 was a cancellation fee but they decided to do day light ******* and charge us R4320 not sure they think we stupid because we black. We called the property 0617358388 and spoke to this Luke guy that was very arrogant and not helpful and he kept telling us he will speak with his manager and drops the phone. We did inform Booking.com and they promised to get back to us but we still waiting. All we want is our money back and we want to report this Luke guy and his resort and warn people not to book or use booking.com. Reservation no 4250607299 pin 1214
