Extremely poor service from their Wealth Division. I have a non existent private banker, i might as well go back to normal banking, what a poor service from a company who prides itself on looking after their customers.
BBMLAW is an absoluate disgrace, with the most *********** staff imaginable.
Pezula staff go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. I had a minor issue but the staff at the front desk where so helpful, so accommodating, ensured not only was my issue resolved, but the heart and effort that went into it. A big thank you, one of my most memorable stays at any hotel destination.
Absolutelty pathetic ******s company to work with, they send correspondence and hide behind emails and penalties without consulting or even discussing allegations. They provide no proof for penalties, and act within a law to themselves, why any body corporate choose such an imcomptent company is beyond me.
Very good experience with the engineer to setup the device. He was very professional, patient, sounded so keen to assist, what a good example of good customer service. I will definitely recommend Krypton Web Fibre Services.
Telkom Fibre service and technical support is pathetic. New fibre line, they just drop off the router and then you need to setup. Called support desk, could not even do a basic login, 3 weeks later afer following up, still waiting. I cancelled the service immediately, please dont use Telkom if you dont have to.

Very poor experience, package sent from overseas, fedex lost part of the order. No feedback, we had to use a local agent to assist with everything which costed our business extra. Very poor service, *********** with no regular feedback when your package reaches south africa, would advise not to use them ever.
Applied Online, got an appointment at Home Affairs branch in Nyanga, spent over an hour to do bio metrics, passport ready now within 5 days. Absolutely amazing and excellent service from Nyanga Home Affairs. Some things in this country do work
I recently moved my cheque account to FNB, i was informed they would handle the debit order switching no hassle, its been most painful experience, and till to date, 2 weeks later no response. I defaulted on my old account as all debit orders provided 4 weeks to end of the month was not sorted, even my FNB homeloan (internal division) within FNB, debited wrong account. But still no feedback, really pathetic company, i will be moving back to standard bank, atleast they take client service seriously.
