Very good experience with the engineer to setup the device. He was very professional, patient, sounded so keen to assist, what a good example of good customer service. I will definitely recommend Krypton Web Fibre Services.

I had a great experience with Krypton Web. When my connection went down, I contacted them via WhatsApp, and their support team responded quickly. They guided me step-by-step to fix the issue and were extremely patient and helpful. My Wi-Fi was up and running smoothly in no time! Excellent service and convenient support channel—highly recommend!

I always have great whatsapp chats with the operators who handles the platform. However since you decided to disconnect the service and still charge a full month subscription, the long underlying explanation of term and conditions does not justify the means of wanting payment for service not rendered. You are a good service provider however you are more talk on the chat bot then the humans send out to the door.

I didnt want to have to post this, but here I am, with slow as f*** internet, yet again, for the 2nd, maybe third day in a row. 10-ish megs on the speedtest. So to start, they sent me a faulty router. Stops working after a short period of time, they replace it, with another ****ty router which also stops working shortly after. Not a good start but I have my own router that actually works so whatever. The other night my internet starts acting up. I message support at 8:25 to ask whats going on, no response, I ask again 8:35 and get told they closed at 8:30. You dont just ignore customers when your product is ****ed. Now we have a faulty routers, unuseable internet, and support that just ignores you when you trying to figure out whats going on. Do not sign a contract with them, you'll be stuck with a service that is not what you signed up for.

Now my internet crawls to stop, unusable, with high leverage scalps open. I message support at 8:28, 8:29 and again at 8:35 where im met with the "captain Zorb bull**** try again tomorrow" So now I'm ****ed off. You **** me around with a router that doesn't work, ignore me when I need support, like seriously? Yeah you ******* me into signing up telling me how great you were and how you only have 5 star reviews and everyone is so happy. well no. that is not the case. I am beyond unhappy, and everyone else that's thinking of signing up should know its not all sunshine and rainbows.
