I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my bank card to be delivered, their whatsapp support are beyond clueless, I ask for assistance and they tell me to re-install the app. So essentially, they stole R119 or whatever the card delivery is that they charged me. Avoid at all costs.
Every time I order they try not apply the deals/overcharge by at least 33%. I brought it up with the the person I was ordering from and was told to shut up, would rather starve than support these clowns.
worst bookie imaginable, odds are terrible, support is terrible, they keep spamming my email for no reason and wont stop harassing me. I'm borderline going to have to file a restraining order, I just want them to leave me the **** alone.
I didnt want to have to post this, but here I am, with slow as f*** internet, yet again, for the 2nd, maybe third day in a row. 10-ish megs on the speedtest. So to start, they sent me a faulty router. Stops working after a short period of time, they replace it, with another ****ty router which also stops working shortly after. Not a good start but I have my own router that actually works so whatever. The other night my internet starts acting up. I message support at 8:25 to ask whats going on, no response, I ask again 8:35 and get told they closed at 8:30. You dont just ignore customers when your product is ****ed. Now we have a faulty routers, unuseable internet, and support that just ignores you when you trying to figure out whats going on. Do not sign a contract with them, you'll be stuck with a service that is not what you signed up for.
Where to start. So they sent me a router, it works for a while then stops working completely, they replace it, same story. No replacement again I end up using my own router. Whatever, I look past it. Now my internet crawls to stop, unusable, with high leverage scalps open. I message support at 8:28, 8:29 and again at 8:35 where im met with the "captain Zorb bull**** try again tomorrow" So now I'm ****ed off. You **** me around with a router that doesn't work, ignore me when I need support, like seriously? Yeah you ******* me into signing up telling me how great you were and how you only have 5 star reviews and everyone is so happy. well no. that is not the case. I am beyond unhappy, and everyone else that's thinking of signing up should know its not all sunshine and rainbows.
Bought an electric mosquito killer lamp, that doesnt even come close to working. I tried to write a review warning people its a **** and get told my review is inaccurate. I've logged 3 returns and they all just get rejected. Their reviews are ministry of very truth'ed, complete lies and **** site, avoid like the plague.
They do not broadcast any sports as claimed on their website. Been trying to get a refund for about a week and had 2 responses so far. Avoid these *******.
First things first, read the majority of "positive" reviews. Often 1 sentence, often a new person ... ALL ****. Secondly, not the first time but they just turn off all wallets whenever they feel like it without any prior warning, claim its "maintenance". I'd like access to my money, I'm not asking for much. Absolute ****show. Avoid at all costs.
Trying to pay a debt. I asked a month ago for details to pay it, I get an email today asking me for information as part of some act. I have 100s of emails back and forth about the same matter and have never been asked this before. I sit here with restricted water, like I have been for almost 2 years, and you take a MONTH to respond, and don't even read the entirety of my initial email which contained 80% of what you ****ing asked for. Absolute ****ing clown show.
Money vanished. Made a transfer into my wallet this morning. Completed on blockchain and vanished. Opened a ticket. no response. Multiple hours later, still sitting here, no response from support, money ******.
