Overcharging on every order.
Every time I order they try not apply the deals/overcharge by at least 33%. I brought it up with the the person I was ordering from and was told to shut up, would rather starve than support these clowns.

Butlers pizza and their inequality
So to start out we have been orderinf from butlers N1 city since I was very young. Now that I am older settled in with my own family ordering from the Bellville branch I was told that they cannot deliver to my door it is just outside of their delivery zone. I always happily pocked ny order up at the Vredekloof Spar. Today however while driving home I sae the butlerz delivery car behind me. Out of interest I kept driving to see they actually delivered to someone living slightly further away from the Vredekloof Spar than myself. I then phoned to order pizzas again tonight qsking them about this and would also like them to then deliver dorecrly to my door. I was informed that some customers who have been ordering from before the zone change can still have their pizzas delivered outside of their delivery zone, however I can not have the same service because I am now a "new" customer. One would think cuatomers get treated equally especially when you want to grow your customer base. I am sad to say that I won't support this type of business, especially since I have always enjoyed butlers pizza since childhood. It makes absolutely no sense to tell me you cannot deliver to my house but I just saw someone have pozza delivered by you further away than I live.

Extremely Disappointed – Soggy Pizzas & Poor Service
I’m beyond disappointed with my recent order from Butlers Pizza. I ordered the Meaty Foursome and the Hero Pizza, expecting the quality they claim to offer, but what I got was an absolute disaster. First off, the delivery took 45 minutes, which is way too long for a pizza place that prides itself on fast service. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were lukewarm, soggy, and falling apart—completely inedible. It was obvious they had been sitting around for ages before being delivered. To make matters worse, when I called to complain, I was met with zero concern and no attempt to fix the situation. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, making it clear that they don’t care about their customers’ experience. For the price they charge, this level of service and food quality is completely unacceptable. If this is how Butlers Pizza operates now, I won’t be ordering from them again. Sort it out!

Exceptional Customer Service and Delicious Pizzas!
After reporting an issue with our order, we were delighted at the speedy response and the efficiency of how it was resolved. This far exceeded our expectations and confirmed our commitment for Butlers to remain our first choice for delicious pizzas! We can't wait until their business grows big enough to warrant our own branch in Century City!

Meat in vegetarian pizza
Salami on a vegetarian pizza, phoned and tried to rectify but still no resolution. Also was thick base instead of lite, Also slightly annoyed that the online system tip didn’t work, we asked to send the link again which never happened, the delivery guy also didn’t have a card machine or anything so we weren’t able to tip him. What a *** vibe.
