I always have great whatsapp chats with the operators who handles the platform. However since you decided to disconnect the service and still charge a full month subscription, the long underlying explanation of term and conditions does not justify the means of wanting payment for service not rendered. You are a good service provider however you are more talk on the chat bot then the humans send out to the door.
I send my documents for verification Dec 26th. As per their policy 5 day no public holidays and weekends. A week later I follow up they say the documents was not accepted. I resend my docs and another week later they ask for my debit card verification from which I deposited the money. I send them that and another week later they say the documents was not accepted. Firstly since when do you ask proof of debit card from which the money was deposited. It has been 3 weeks and customer service cannot give you any answers besides that it is sitting with verification department. All other websites verify within minutes, are you even legit
Last month I received a promotional sis from multichoice to reconnect my service at R199 for 3 months. I took up the offer paid the fee and reconnected the service. Month end of March received a bill of R456, I phone the call centre only to be told that in order to receive the promotion I must pay this R456 but I had no payments due after reconnecting my service. This is definitely unacceptable false marketing and a *******.
Please advise why there is still amount due on my account? The last confirmation was to pay R1437 which went of my account plus another R700 which should cover the 4g Sim card. The account has been cancelled in December and confirmed by Nobuhle that it will only be billed till end of January, please explain the outstanding amount as the account has been billed for February and I didn't use your service
Rain has the worst service ever...refer to ticket 11648009 open since last year. Rain must be very proud of the bad service they provide as that is all you do. After how many calls and how many emails with no luck you still debit my account. Never picked up your router and never processed my cancelation.
Unacceptable customer service, driver do non delivery and lie by saying there is a strike in the area and when you contact them it is nothing for the customer service manager Jackson to say there is nothing he can do about it.
