Faulty Router, Support not responding, internet slow and unusable.

Where to start.

So they sent me a router, it works for a while then stops working completely, they replace it, same story. No replacement again I end up using my own router. Whatever, I look past it.

Now my internet crawls to stop, unusable, with high leverage scalps open. I message support at 8:28, 8:29 and again at 8:35 where im met with the "captain Zorb bull**** try again tomorrow"

So now I'm ****ed off. You **** me around with a router that doesn't work, ignore me when I need support, like seriously?

Yeah you ******* me into signing up telling me how great you were and how you only have 5 star reviews and everyone is so happy. well no. that is not the case.

I am beyond unhappy, and everyone else that's thinking of signing up should know its not all sunshine and rainbows.
