Pathetic Company

last year I contacted this company to do a COC for me, which Paul did come out to do but after numerous calls and me following up. After I requested that he install an outside light for me, they gave me a quote which I accepted and ever since then I have been messaging them calling them to come out to do the installation but to my surprise I just got terrible attitude from Elise who runs the bookings from her cell. she never bothered to return my calls or messages. I had to call her to get information then her bad attitude. honestly this is not how you run a business so I advise people please don't use this company they are really pathetic and don't care about doing the job. I mean they don't even run a proper business, where have you seen customers calling them and asking so many times when can I expect the quote, when will the tech come out and the response differs each time, the attitude you get is you need to make a booking a week in advance, hello its been months and no one has come out. I even asked do you'll want the business or am I wasting my time. she said they will send me another quote , waited 5 days & still haven't got the quote. her number is 082 854 4540
