Providing electrical certificates out of thin air.
These people literally overpowered me to enter our home to get an electrical certificate to help fellow syndicate members to transfer the title deed without payment for the property. They did not succeed in getting the certificate due to my resistance but nevertheless got the transfer through, with the participation of Nakkie du Toit conveyancer and Sylvia Masimula, executor from 5 years before.

Our company follows all legal and regulatory requirements regarding electrical compliance certificates and property transfers, and we do not condone or participate in any irregular practices.We had no such incident in our company from a client that was resisting our entry , are you sure you have the correct company? Who was the Technician? What Time , Date and Address was the incident taking place? We would really like to solve this matter as this is serious alligations, that we will not take lightly. 26 Feb 2026, 20:10Information was obtain from you and we did go back on our records , we entered the premises with a sherrif of the court on court order , we never forced entry after the cops arrived at your premises you then open the safety gate with your own key and granted access in your own word infront of 4 witnesses :Do as you want. And calling us all corrupt with the corrupt court and fake documents, that is not the case. You went angry because of a Court order and now we are to blame
