I would like to leave a review for Philtec Services t/a ServiceTec. Especially the Customer Care Manager Mr Maxwell Mhlanga. I bought a Ariete cordless vacuum machine and needed another battery as the machine worked so well. I was referred to Maxwell Mhlanga who went out of his way and over and above his duties to find me one. Besides giving me a discounted price, he couriered the battery at no charges. The first battery sent was not compatible with my vacuum cleaner, however Maxwell Mhlanga made every effort to find me one. Again the correct compatible battery was couriered without any charges. This is the after sales service one yearn for after every equipment purchase. Maxwell Mhlanga was in constant contact with me and I was kept updated all the time. He put me at ease with his undertaking that he will fulfil my request. And he did. I am hooked and will surely buy any equipment Philtec t/a ServiceTec is agent for. It just gives me peace of mind! these agents are for deLonghi and Kenwood, run from woodmead office block in saddle drive ,they are totally *********** and should not be allowed to service anything ,their staff are rude and have no problem letting the phones ring,then hanging up on you,**** DeLonghi and eurostore and sevicetec in south africa

Took my DeLonghi coffee machine in. 8 days later got quote. paid same day.2 weeks later i had to call them to ask when it would be ready. told i could pick up on Friday Thenreceived a mail saying sorry Saturday. Went on Saturday. After waiting 45 min they bought me a mixer!!!! said I bought in coffee machine. Sorry but we can't find it. Phoned an hour later saying they had found it and I could come back. Said thanks but have wasted 3 hours of my Saturday already. They said they will deliver following Wednesday. Delivered. Despite paying R3000 all the problems and warnings were still on the machine. I took it back. They said sorry. I waited. 3 days later they said come get it. I said I have been to you 3 times already, you deliver. \yes they said. Phoned on Friday 11 April to confirm they were delivering. Confirmed they said. Nothing. Went back for the 4th time to pick up today. Sadly Delonghi have given them the rights to repair their machines, along with philips, kenwood etc. Avoid buying these brands as repairs are shoddy and service ****

Had to courier to Sandton from Nelspruit Takes forever to answer their phones. Struggle to get info or feedback. Do not get back at you as they promised! Send invoice, but phoned me with a quote. I needed to replace the cutting blades on my Philips electric razor. I phoned Philtec and enquired about the blades,I was put through to the spares department, gave my details and in no time I had a quote for the blades. I EFT the payment to them that afternoon. What a surprise if was the next morning when I switched my iPad on there was an email informing me the blades will be delivered that day. One day delivery that is just BRILLIANT. Thanks Philtec you are a champ,best service ever!!!!!!!

I collected my coffee machine that was serviced on 5 May 2023. I inquired about a demo air fryer for my daughter They had a Phillips air fryer at R 2599.00. Just after I have paid my daughter phoned to advise that Takealot had the same at R 2,000.00 The sales assistant Seshen said it is no problem, I do not have to take the item, they will refund me. After checking with his manager he advised that because I tapped my credit card they cannot refund the item back onto my credit card which is absolute nonsense. They claimed they will do an EFT. Today 7 days later,after 7 phone calls and promises to do the EFT I still do not have my refund. Apparently only the Manager/Director does refunds which he clearly has no intention of processing and they refuse to process the credit onto my credit card.
