Ever since purchasing our apartment at The Huntsman, Somerset West, we have received excellent after-sales service from Balwin Properties. We are very happy with our purchase and the ongoing support, especially from the Building and Maintenance team, with special mention to Johan and Lunga. Any minor snags were handled quickly and professionally once logged on the portal. What impressed us most was the follow-up to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. This positive first impression has truly lasted. Thank you to Balwin Properties and the Maintenance team for your professionalism. As a retired public servant, I value the spirit of Batho Pele, which your team clearly lives by. We feel valued and confident in our investment.

What a most wonderful experience I am having with Outsurance once again. Always awesome service. I dealt with Brandon Durrheim who went that extra mile like Annie Andre and all the others before them. They really carry your interest at heart and will make sure I get the best service. Outsurance really place their clients first! My home loan insurance is with them for 34 years and it was just peace of mind that your home is covered and that you will have hassle free claims. Our home is now sold and our new apartment will be insured with Outsurance as well. They have guided me so well on my needs. I now have my home contents insurance with them and will take out my new vehicle insurance with them, which I am purchasing soon as well. Thank you so much!

Excellent personalize friendly service
I would like to leave a review for Philtec Services t/a ServiceTec. Especially the Customer Care Manager Mr Maxwell Mhlanga. I bought a Ariete cordless vacuum machine and needed another battery as the machine worked so well. I was referred to Maxwell Mhlanga who went out of his way and over and above his duties to find me one. Besides giving me a discounted price, he couriered the battery at no charges. The first battery sent was not compatible with my vacuum cleaner, however Maxwell Mhlanga made every effort to find me one. Again the correct compatible battery was couriered without any charges. This is the after sales service one yearn for after every equipment purchase. Maxwell Mhlanga was in constant contact with me and I was kept updated all the time. He put me at ease with his undertaking that he will fulfil my request. And he did. I am hooked and will surely buy any equipment Philtec t/a ServiceTec is agent for. It just gives me peace of mind! Excellent Service Kohler Motors Tokai branch
For years I have been taking my vehicles to be serviced to Kohler Motors the Bosch Group. This time I took my Jeep Compass LTD edition to Kohler Motors Tokai. First I called Rene Mitchell to arrange a booking and she got me the consultant to contact me immediately to arrange the check in of my vehicle the next day. What friendly and helpful staff when I visited the Kohler Motors Tokai branch. It felt like I knew the staff for a long time even if we just met. My Jeep was checked in and later the same day I received a full comprehensive bumper to bumper report. The service of my Jeep was completed the same day and I got a spotlessly clean vehicle back which felt like a new car for me. Thank you Kohler Motors Tokai for the excellent service. Your friendly and helpful staff, especially Zack impressed upon me. He even got the mechanic and auto electrician chat to me about the report on my vehicle. I felt so important. Thank you!

Well done TAKEALOT
I am very impressed with the TAKEALOT Pickup Point in Richmond Park Cape Town. An effortless, paperless procedure with just a walk in and a walk out . All you need is the QR code on your cellular phone which the front desk scan, watch your number being called on the BIG Screen, collect and off you go in a few minutes without needing to sit on the many seats available. Well done TAKEALOT

Super Service from PressPay Tech
I am very impressed with the service I received from Mr Jerome Njokweni and PressPlay Tech. It was the first time I purchased online from them and what an impression they have made on me. And that impression is lasting! I bought an adapter from PressPlay Tech and when it arrived, I found it to be faulty. I contacted Mr Jerome Njokweni and he sent me video clips of one that is working. He then offered to send me this particular one with overnight door to door courier at no extra cost. When it arrived within 24 hours, I received not only one, but two and both worked perfectly. I am so impressed. Thank you Mr Jerome Njokweni. PressPlay Tech certainly comes highly recommended!

Great service by Kohler Claremont!
Sometimes great service is not commended enough, even if the service provider goes that extra mile and do a bit more than what you are charged for. I have been taking my vehicles to Kohler Claremont for a while now and always get top class service. As a pensioner I also get super discounts. But most of all I have peace of mind that my vehicles is taken care of and not worry to travel wherever as a pensioner. All I do is give Rene Mitchell a ring and she will do the rest to book my vehicles in, have it thoroughly inspected, advise on what is required, do the services thats required and any repairs that's needed. Ok this might be normal service for some, but I get a full rundown, advice & explanation on the state of my vehicles by technical staff Gavin & Deon. I always follow their recommendations. Many a time I am on the road and call them for advice and they would attend to me immediately. Recently I was in Gauteng with a vehicle brake issues and Rene went out of her way to get me sorted by one of the branches. Last but not least, thanks to Alyssa, the front desk person who makes me feel so special. I feel like VIP the moment I walk in at Kohler Claremont. Thanks again! Happy client for life!

Econo Grass Green for beautiful artificial lawn surroundings.
It has been more than 3 months that I have had artificial lawn installed by Charl & his team at Econo Grass Green. I am not sorry and have never looked back. They come highly recommended. We have had so much rain and the drainage is good. The color of the artificial lawn is still lush green. As pensioners my wife & I spend most of our time at home due to lockdown regulations. What better place to do it sitting in the sun at your own home with beautiful lawn surroundings.

Barristers the best waterhole in town
I have now been a regular at Barristers Grill & Cafe for quite some time now. I have never ever been not satisfied with the service, food, drink, vide or anything. The waiters know my wife and I already. I always order exactly the same meal every time with a “Zamalek” which is a BIG draft Black Label beer. When we walk in, the known waiters will bring my beer immediately and know my order without saying a word. What is more is the Owner / Manager has the same name as me. So I feel part of the family. The staff and waiters are just phenomenal! The food is deliciously top class and a widest selection of beers and drinks available. But for me, nothing beats a “Zamalek” for refreshing and complementing my meal! Barristers come highly recommended. My home from home when I need good service, good food and refreshing drink. A #WIN in every aspect. Lance
