I ordered some garden tools on the 26th of January. I had to consistently email them to enquire about the expected delivery date so that I could communicate to my customer. I suppose it was to much to ask for someone to grace me with feedback. Three weeks later I received the goods. Only at that point did they tell me that one item which I had ordered was not available. Which meant I had yo go elsewhere to try and source this item.<br> I collected what they had on the 15th February. I requested that they need yo speed up the refund process- my customer has been waiting. Guess what I am still sending emails begging these people to refund me and nothing has come of it. I don't remember when last did i have to deal with a bunch of eople who do not give a hoot about their customers. Such a pathetic service... On the day when I was collecting I had to wait for over two hours in order to get an invoice for security check , I had to wait because some Elaine lady was on lunch ... I doubt if anyone will even bother responding to this. Just a warning to those who are considering doing business with them . Be warned...
