In May 2017 I listed my property on the private property site for rent. A month later (June 2017), a guy called me from Phoenix Realtors (Zyn Jardine) and enticed me into managing my property leases to which I agreed, he also had a tenant available to occupy immediately to which I agreed with a smile. I moved out of my property having explained to the Phoenix representative that I had to move some of my furniture into a storage and that the storage monthly rental would be sorted from the rent proceeds. He assured me that all will work out without any issues. From that month on I gave up all access to the house into the hands of Phoenix. A week after handing over my property to Phoenix Realtors mondeo offices, I communicated my intention to sell the property and we also agreed that phoenix would market my property at an agreed fee. In July 2017 I learned that the tenant had moved out and my property and left it partly vandalized and I was then charged for fixing the damages which I wasn't liable for. In August 2017 I signed the sale agreement and also pushed into signing the sole mendate to Phoenix for six months ending in December 2017. I was to receive rent income from the buyer on the 1st of every month until end December when the property would be sold and registered to the new owners. I had to drive to the Phoenix offices monthly in order to retrieve my rental income which I never received ontime and some times not receive the full months rental due to charges falsely imposed on me together with claims that my property wasn't in a good state. Due to this I lost my furniture due to none payment and also lost my job as I couldn't focus and perform as required due to stress from the Phoenix unprofessionalisym. It is now March 27, 2018 and the bond cancellation and registration has only taken place on March 22, 2018 and I have not received the proceeds from the property sale. I also cannot purchase an alternative property due to loss of income as well as the price my property would have been worth had I sold it in 2018. Phoenix Realtors should compensate me for the loss I have been put through financially, emotionally and also for the lies and charges for property damages I wasn't liable for, I also need compensation for the loss of my furniture. Phoenix Realtors should also pay me interest for the days at the prime rate from date if registration to the day the payment is to reflect in my account.
