Bad ,rude security staff at pholosong hospital

The security staff who was on duty on the 15 August 2025 maternity ward 9A and B humiliated,embarrassed,and violated me and elderly mom as visitors to a patient that day. That said security lady is rude and disrespectful, I already lodged a formal complaint with the department of health and the security company rendering services to the hospital.
