USELESS PHOLOSONG SECURITY AND HOSPITAL STAFF

People told us that Pholosong Hospital is the best provincial hospital. What alot of ****. They don't care about their patients. The security people has NO manners, they treat patients like animals.The doctors is the most useless inhuman people i have ever met. It doesn't matter what race you are, male and female. Every patient has the right to be treated with respect and that is certainly NOT the case at Pholosong Hospital!!! You GP send you to Pholosong for urgent treatment for a heart attack and 2 strokes, You make sure you are 5:30 am at the hospital and then you find out what documents you need they just say you must sit down. Then after 3 hours of sitting and being moved from the one side to the other side, you eventually get to the doctor and the doctor ask you to get your file 'which you know you they have because of a previous operation. Then they tell you they don't know where your file are and send you back to the end of the line where by this time there are 100 people infront of you with no explanation, no respect because who are you to question them.. The doctor who you suppose to trust to save your life looks worse than the patient in line. USELESS!!!!!!!. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THEY INVESTIGATE THIS HOSPITAL AND STAFF. I WILL POST THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AND SEND IT TO CART BALANCE AND THE NESSESARY PEOPLE.
