I'm not usually one to do this but I am highly frustrated. I submitted a claim for a damaged iPhone 11 to my insurers who were great, and approved my claim by authorising a replacement of it. They advised that Phonefast would contact me regarding paying my excess, and the delivery of my phone (which should take one day after payment). I paid the excess amount of Wednesday, was advised of receipt of payment on Thursday and that my phone would be sent out that morning. It has been a week, of calling everyday with a different excuse, insurance has not authorised, they can't reach my insurance etc. I was promised delivery today after all miscommunications had been cleared up and yet again, no phone has been delivered. I have not been able to do work for 3 weeks!! If you're being told to use Phone Fast for your new phone or replacement by your insurance- don't do it.

The worst customer service ever by Mpendulo Moshanyana. She tells us we need to contact the courier service ourselves as the device is no longer in their hands. After they hand over the device to the courier service is the customers responsibility to contact the courier company. My insurance paid them to make sure I get my device and I also paid my access and this what I am being told. I escalated the matter to the manager Elizma, she promised to call me instead she sent an email promising my device will be delivered 1st thing in the morning. It is now way past 13:00 and we still have not received our device. An URGENT customer care course is needed for this company. The same Mpendulo dropped the phone while I was still talking to her it shows how little we matter as their customers. All they care about is the money and after that their customers can go to hell.

I contacted Phonefast on 1 December 2021 to collect my phone for repairs. After numerous calls and emails my phone still hasn't even been collected yet. Their excuse is that apparently the drivers couldn't get a hold of me. However, my bell is in perfect working order and I'm home all day. The courier company called me only once to arrange for collection but never showed up. Phonefast's after sales service is atrocious and very inefficient.

Never have I ever experienced such terrible service from a provider. PhoneFast was assisting with the replacement of my phone. It took almost 4 weeks for me to get the device, after much follow up on my side. The device received is faulty, I sent an email on 2nd September, and to no surprise, 3 follow ups later someone called me to say they have just received my email today 13 September. To this end, once my device issues have been resolved I will also be changing my insurer because they have been silent and non-supportive with resolving or holding their provider accountable. It is annoying because clearly they don't comprehend how lack of support, efficiency, urgency, compliance to their SLA impacts an individual. I am disappointed in how Discovery have actually handled this matter as well because I am client of discovery I shouldn't be left to fight with their service provider for their incompetence.

They delivered the phone on time, however there phone is not well functioning, it is like a second hand phone that was cleaned up and sold. The phone they gave me (Samsumng J6) is incredible slow and I am comparing it to the same phone they were repalcing it with. When I record videos, it does not save videos beyond 1 minute. The phone was supposed to come with a memory card (my original phone came with memory card), in the box it is written that the phone comes with memory card but there was no memory card in the phone that phonefast delivered. I do not know if they are a factory or what but I am not happy with the phone they delivered to me such that I did not even insure it agai, I will buy myself another phone from the stores that sell proper phones not what I got from phonefast.
