Pathetic quality and service.

Never ever, ever, ever use Photo and Beyond. The Photo Kiosk in Centirion Centre across the hall from Pep Stores.

In the past we had the best of service and assistance when doing our photos there. However, the staff on duty today 21 Aug 21 was totally unhelpful, arogant and down out rude.

Today we had to develope 54 jumbo photos at a cost of R355.00.

We supplied photos pre edited in a PDF format. Very unwilling we were assisted. The guy indicated that he would do the conversion and told us that each picture had to be converted individually. I offered to assist, as I am a grapich designer. This was blatantly denied.

He took it on himself to do the conversion. At no stage (as with our previous experience with them) dit he show us how the photos will come out.

When we returend and collected our photos, the whole lot was re sized without our consent and cut off in all the wrong places.

Please accept my stern warning before you ever decide to use this useless kiosk. They only want your money.

Never expect hem to care for your memories in the end result they produce. They show no pride, they offer no advise, or guidance, and if you like being treated as dirt while they grab your money, this is the place to go!
